If you're a firm Directly Authorised (DA) by the Financial Conduct Authority, or a representative of a network that does not have an agency agreement with OneFamily, please apply for an agency now. If you are an Appointed Representative (AR), we may already hold terms with your network, but we will require your AR details to provide you with an Agency.
If you're a firm Directly Authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority or a representative of a network, once you've complete the online agency application, the Terms of Business form must be printed, signed and returned to OneFamily by post. You should also retain a copy of the form for your own records.
We will carry out a regulatory authorisation check and we may also carry out credit reference checks or seek other references. We can not accept product proposals or pay commission until we receive the original signed Terms of Business.
